2 of 15 School Visit - Howard University

The visit to Howard University demonstrates the favor of God.  Securing a tour of the #2 ranked HBCU (US World News Ranking) on a Valentine Saturday was no small feat.  Special thanks goes to Charles F. Coleman Jr and Matt Middleton, Howard Alumni for their assistance.

The skies opened up and gave us warmer weather.  On behalf of the 2015 scholars, thank you Miacia Porter, Associate Registrar, Howard University who put her Saturday plans on hold.  The scholars were also treated to a pep talk from 2012 NYCOBCT scholar and Howard University Class of 2017, Niara Nyabringi.

Several scholars expressed interest in applying to Howard University. This only means NYCOBCT will have work to do.

It is on to the MLK Monument before dinner in Durham, NC
